Smedley Park Master Plan

Smedley, a subregional park along Crum Creek in Delaware County, was bisected by construction of the Blue Route (I-476). Menke & Menke's master plan drew from the site's history, making recommendations to link the park's various elements. Construction projects implemented from the plan included improved access and parking, renovation of existing site buildings, and new maintenance facilities and playgrounds. A trail system was improved and remains one of the most used in the area.
